IHG Hotels & Resorts and KJ Hotel Properties have announced the opening of Atwell Suites Denver Airport – Tower Road. Continuing its introduction as the newest all-suites brand by IHG, Atwell Suites Denver Airport – Tower Road is the second property to launch this year, following the opening of Atwell Suites – Miami Brickell in March. It also boasts the title of the brand’s first new-construction prototype hotel and showcases a two-story lobby and 96 studio suites designed with distinct zones for work and rest.
Built to satisfy a growing need in hospitality, Atwell Suites features the brand’s signature design and adaptable spaces that support longer stays and allow for easy transition between business and leisure.
Located near the country’s third busiest airport, Denver International Airport, the new hotel is close to many of the city’s major attractions and hip neighbourhoods, such as the Denver Art Museum and Union Station in LoDo. Behind Atwell Suites Denver Airport – Tower Road is the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge, offering unobstructed views of the mountains from select rooms and convenient access to the refuge’s many outdoor recreational experiences.
